The personal data is only saved if it is needed for the purpose, which e.g. is to send information to Swede Space Design International AB’s customers.

The personal data is protected with a password that only one person at Swede Space Design International AB has access to.

The information is saved locally in the company. The personal information is used only within the company. The network where personal data is handled is protected with a password and firewall. Passwords are changed once a month.

Premises where personal data is stored are protected by alarms.

Personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose is deleted within two months.
